My Smunchkin

Some people just have crazy exciting lives.

One day she's selling a 37 book set in one house.
The next she's slapping pink, zebra-stripe duct tape on my flip-flops.
The third she has me scared to death holding her shaking, hyperventilating form on the floor of an ER bound 15-passenger van...

I love this girl. :)

For those of you who have been praying, thank you sooo much for those prayers. A little visit to the chiropractor has her breathing better again. And the rest of us are breathing a little easier too!

  2. Wow, you surely do make her life sound dramatic, Beth! A little too dramatic the last couple of days, though; I'm glad she can breath now. :-)

  3. OH GOODNESS!!!! Wow, glad she's alright, poor thing!! Mr. Satan sure must have been taking out his fury on her after that 37-book set! ^_^ Haha I love how God always wins, though, in the end.

  4. Mhm! I was a bit disturbed when I got your text last night too. Thank you so much for letting me know. I'm extremely glad she is on the mend. And I know she will be extremely glad to be hitting the streets again tomorrow. Her sweet little voice on the phone this afternoon let me know that clearly. ;) Love you both!! Hugs and prayers continue...

    1. Jenae, your prayers meant worlds to both of us last night. She wasn't able to get much out in between breaths and she was going unresponsive rapidly, but in the middle of it all she managed to muster enough air to say,"text Jenae!" and just knowing you were praying helped her breathe easier immediately. :)
She is VERY ready to be back out on the streets! I'll tell you, it's not easy to keep such a passionate worker for the Lord away from her mission!

  5. I'm almost crying reading this. It is hard not being able to breathe for her. But she is back to struggling for a full breath, with no other symptoms. And just just texted me to say, "I do not feel stressed, anxious, or homesick." All she wants to do is breathe and get back out canvassing. Thank you to everyone who is going before the throne of grace for her, and for all the people she is missing out on meeting at the door.

    from her Mama
